Our Story
Jersey Shore All Contractors Pro, LLC is run by Carlos Navarro out of Bayville, in Berkeley Township. It is a registered New Jersey limited liability company, it is insured, and it holds New Jersey Home Improvement Contractor registration #13VH09847900.
Carlos brings more than 28 years of hands-on experience in the trade, and Jersey Shore All Contractors Pro has been serving Ocean County homeowners for more than 15 years.
That registration is worth more than it sounds. New Jersey requires home improvement contractors to register with the Division of Consumer Affairs, carry liability insurance, display the registration number in their advertising, and put the job in writing. You can verify ours before you sign anything — and you should check it for every contractor bidding your job, not just us.
The work is residential and it covers the whole house: kitchens and bathrooms, basement finishing, decks and exterior work, roof repair, window and door replacement, interior and exterior painting, drywall and home repairs, flooring and tile, and carpentry and trim. Toms River, Bayville, Brick, Lacey, Barnegat, Manchester, Point Pleasant, the barrier island and the rest of Ocean County.
Working at the shore is its own trade. Salt air goes after fasteners, flashing and framing long before it shows on a surface, and ground water sits higher here than owners expect — which is why a basement gets looked at honestly before anyone talks about framing it. Half the value of a local contractor is knowing which problems this particular stretch of coast actually produces.

New Jersey law requires that number to appear in a contractor’s advertising, and you can verify it directly with the Division of Consumer Affairs.
Ask us for the certificate of insurance when we come out to quote — and ask every other contractor bidding your job for theirs too. It is a reasonable question and anyone who is offended by it is telling you something useful.
