Tile installation, flooring and floor preparation
Every flooring problem you can see started underneath. A subfloor that flexes will crack a tile joint; one that is out of level will telegraph through vinyl plank within a season; and moisture coming up through a slab will lift anything you glue to it. So the preparation — levelling, fastening, underlayment, membrane where it is needed — is most of the job, and it is the part a cheap quote quietly leaves out.

Check the Subfloor
We check level, deflection and moisture before recommending a material — not after it starts moving.
Prepare Properly
The subfloor is levelled, refastened and given the right underlayment or membrane for what is going on top.
Set the Floor
Layout is set so cuts land where they are least visible, then the floor goes in.
Trim & Clean
Transitions, thresholds and base trim finish it, and the site is cleaned before we walk it with you.
