Roof Repair
Leak repairs, shingle replacement, flashing and more
Most roof leaks are not the shingles. They are the flashing at a chimney, a valley, a vent boot that has gone brittle, or a nail that backed out over a decade of expansion and contraction. So the first job is finding where the water is actually getting in, which is often nowhere near where it is showing up on your ceiling. We will tell you when a repair is genuinely the right call and when you are putting money into a roof that has reached the end.
Our Process
Find the Leak
We trace the water back to where it is actually entering, which is frequently not above the stain on your ceiling.
Price the Options
You get the repair scope and price in writing, plus a straight answer on whether the roof is worth repairing at all.
Make It Watertight
Failed flashing, boots and shingles come out and go back in properly, sealed and fastened for shore wind.
Check the Interior
We look at the damage inside too, so you know whether drywall or insulation needs attention once it dries.
